Why Innsaei Health?

Innsaei (in-sigh-ee) is the Icelandic word for 'intuition' and its Icelandic meaning is "The Sea Within. To See Within. And to see from the inside out."

Intuition refers to our ability to sense and feel beyond the logical mind and five senses. We all have in-born intuition but our ability to harness its power depends on how often we use our 'right-brain' functions. When we harness the power of intuition, we are able to access endless possibilities and probabilities. We let go of our rigid thinking and start to create solutions to the challenges in life from a higher place of awareness.

 

Our Reason for Being

Innsaei Health aims to help anyone coping with disease or health challenges by changing their current perspective of health and re-establishing communication within the body using BodyTalk techniques. We want clients to realise that there are endless possibilities for their health outcomes and to free them from the shackles that come with certain symptoms, diagnoses or dis-eases.

As a BodyTalk Access Trainer and Certified BodyTalk Practitioner, the role of Xin Hui is to look from the inside out what the story behind your body is; that manifests as symptoms from the outside. Xin Hui strongly believes that we all have the capacity and potential to live life to the fullest, when our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health is in harmony.

Physical Health refers to the optimal functioning of our physical bodies and our physical body is performing the way it has been designed to function. Good physical health is not just the absence of dis-ease, but having regular exercise, restful sleep and a balanced diet.

Mental Health refers to our psychological well-being. It is more than the absence of mental disorders. In other words, the lack of mental illness does not equate to good mental health. It is how we respond to stress and challenges, feel, think, behave and interact with our environment. Good mental health means that we are able to cope with challenges in life, deal with setbacks and stressors, and make choices with clarity.

Emotional Health refers to our capacity to manage feelings through challenge and change. Someone who is emotionally healthy will have the right balance of joy/sadness, fear, anger, worry and grief. They will also have the ability to experience and express these emotions healthily and appropriately, rather than suppress them because of a fear of being judged by others, or being taught to do so since childhood.

Spiritual Health can have vastly different interpretations. From Innsaei Health’s point of view, spiritual health represents the connection with oneself and being aligned with one’s meaning and purpose of life, which differs from person to person in their own unique way. Good spiritual health can be seen as having a deep sense of knowing of oneself, being empowered, and having a sense of purpose, self-worth, and self-awareness.
